Placing Ads

By submitting any classified ad appearing on HoustonUsedCarlist.com you accept and are bound by the following terms and conditions. You agree that: you have the right to transfer the advertised vehicle's title to the purchaser; you will place only one listing per vehicle; you will delete the ad within 72 hours of when the vehicle is no longer on the market; photos submitted will correspond to the actual vehicle being offered for sale; the vehicle you list for sale is in your possession and is physically located in the state of Texas; you are willing to sell at the advertised price; and to not post any threatening, abusive, obscene, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes or interferes on the rights of others. Houston Used Carlist reserves the right to refuse to publish or to discontinue publishing any ad at any time in its sole discretion.
